Tanker Driver Compensation

Under the terms of Prime's current independent contractor operating agreement shall be as follows:

• Operator shall be paid 70% of the line haul revenues on the freight you haul. "Line haul revenues" means all amounts paid by customers for transportation excluding any accessorial charges.
• Prime pays for trailer washes, this is for inside after each load as well as the exterior, we want the operator to wash as often as they feel necessary to keep the equipment looking at its best.
• Fiscal 2009, the weekly average miles per dispatched truck were 2,540 for refrigerated, 2,337 for flatbed, and 1,749 for tanker.  The weekly average revenue per mile was $1.394 for refrigerated, $1.337 for flatbed, and $1.928 for tanker.  Weekly average revenue for the same period was $3,541 for refrigerated, $3,125 for flatbed, and $3,372 for tanker.
