December Contractors and Drivers of the Month Named at Prime

February 7, 2011 (Springfield, Missouri) – Prime Inc. recently honored driving associates in its refrigerated, flatbed and tanker divisions for exhibiting exceptional safety and service practices, professionalism and productivity. 

The following individuals were recognized in December for their outstanding efforts:

Refrigerated Division: Independent Contractor Michael M. Sparks; Company Driver Michael S. Hawkins; and Team Drivers Christine Stratton and Anthony Smith. Flatbed Division: Independent Contractors Danny and Rita Mead and Company Driver Gage Smith. Tanker Division: Independent Contractor Roderick S. Brown and Company Driver Clifton Stovall. 

“Associates and drivers who have demonstrated the highest level of service in regards to fuel cost, accident history, on-time performance, log history and other factors are recognized in each division,” said Don Lacy, Prime inc. director of safety. “I know these driving professionals are proud to be honored and we here at Prime are thankful for all their hard work in making safety a priority.”

Each honoree receives a Contractor/Driver of the Month Certificate, a gift certificate to Prime’s company store and $100.  “The name of each honoree is added to the 2010 plaque in the Millennium building and will be eligible for an annual award at year-end,” Lacy added.
